So really she is 9.5 months now!
Stats:
17lbs---28 1/2in
Crawling...mostly army crawl but she will get on her knees...if she wants
Pulling up on everything
Already attempting stairs...SCARY!
Now is strictly bottle fed...4.5 months longer than last time
Still eating everything, but loves table food more than anything
Grunts when she wants your attention
Reaches for mom or dad
Still has stranger danger pretty bad
Was left with a teenage babysitter for the first time(goes for Lij too)...cried for some time then wouldn't let the babysitter sit her down
Bugs her brother incessantly whenever she possibly can...sharing a room has become quite interesting
Getting cuter every day...if that is even possible

i know you better than you think i do! i remember that you were waiting for "elder Kotter" and he talked about you all the time. i am so glad you two love birds have each other and that you are embarking on the wonderful journey of parenthood together. your kids sure are cuties and they are lucky to have you.
