We are done...at least for now!

Yah hoo!! We are done...well at least for now. Graduation was on July 23rd. It was a great experience although I wish I would have known that this is one BYU-I event Elijah could have gone to. Our friends were nice enough to watch him for us.
Thanks Nate and Heather!! We miss you guys!
The whole week had been one crazy mess which I will explain in another post. This day just ended up being super hectic just beacuse we had to check out of our apartment that night after graduation. We were cleaning and still packing like mad as family were showing up for a BBQ and then commencement. It was actually enjoyable amidst all the stress.
We had a BBQ outside on the front yard. Dillon made sloppy joes in his dutch oven and they were so good. We all had to run right after the BBQ to make it to commencement on time. Bishop Edgley was the speaker and he gave a great talk. Although I do have to say we all enjoyed the actaully "walking"(i can't remember the actual name) talks later that night. Pres. Clark and Bishop Edgley both spoke. It was just so laid back an personal. Dillon walked once although he technically received two degrees that night. It was exciting to see all of his hard work pay off.
Right after were pictures, pictures and more pictures. I still need to get the ones that Dix took so that we have the complete collection. I had to take off early to pick up the little man and make it to the apartment to finish up a few odds and ends. But Dillon was able to visit with
Grandparents Kotter and Dixie before they took off.

It was a nice intimate day and we were both very happy with the way everything turned out. Now its on to the CPA exam and then Grad school. Thankfully we have some time before either of those start.
This picture was taken by Mom Kotter at the apartment after everything was all said and done.
I just loved it. Elijah was happy to have everything quieted down and somewhat back to normal that night
